Hi, I am Francesco, a passionate and dedicated Shiatsu Massage Practitioner, Movement Instructor, Singing voice facilitator, Ceremonial space holder and a Carrier of the Sacred Fire.

Having spent many years across Central/South America, Asia & Australia, my training and work is deeply inspired by traditional and tribal healing traditions, energy healing methods and ancient Shamanic Ceremonies and practices. I aim to bring together the latest quantum physic understanding of energy, multi-dimensionality and matter, with the latest research into the benefit and power of Touch therapy, Expressive Movement and Sound Vibration.

My offerings are based around 3 main areas:

1) HEALING HANDS - With many years training in the Traditional Healing Arts of Shiatsu bodywork and Thai Massage, I supports my clients healing their body, soothing pain and aches, as well as releasing traumas through a deeply compassionate and present healing touch.

2) HEALING SOUND & MUSIC - Music as a life passion and gift, I am a multi-instrumentalist therapist working with the voice, harmonic vibrations & subtle energies. I offers Sounds Healing sessions, community/group harmonic singing workshops as well as meditative Sound Journey Ceremonies. Having been deeply inspired by the work of artist like Deva Premal, Jai Uttal & Krishna Das, I hold Kirtans (i.e. Group mantra & sacred songs chanting events) together with my partner Katie, as part of "The Inner Cheile" ceremonial musical duo. I compose my own Medicine music which I have shared and performed in a wide variety of ceremonial settings. I combine my passion for resonant sounds in my bodywork treatments when possible & appropriate.

3) HEALING MOVEMENT- Lover of dance as medicine, and as a qualified Shibashi Qi Gong Instructor at the Sao Bao Martial Art School in Glasgow I teach Qi-Gong and Free-Movement Therapy/Dance classes to promote health and energy flow in the body. I hold a Diploma in Physical Theatre and I developed my own form of Free Flow Nature Bathing Qi Gong movement practice. I have ran regular classes in and around Edinburgh since 2018

 All of my work aims to enable my clients to stand in their full authenticity and to tap into their body’s innate healing wisdom.

As a Holistic Therapist, I enjoy being able to bridge the gap between western medicine and the “alternatives,” while providing a safe and nurturing environment in which to explore any "lack of ease"  (literal meaning of "dis-ease") of the body, mind and spirit.

Francesco, MRSS( BSc) certified, provides professional services in and around Edinburgh, Scotland since 2013. 

Born in Italy, Francesco spent many years travelling across Asia, Australia, Central and South America, becoming inspired and deeply transformed by traditional healing traditions, energy healing methods and ancient Shamanic Ceremonies and practices. Francesco's journey led him into the study of the connection between Body-Mind-Spirit and into striving to awaken its innate talents and authentic self. Francesco's philosophy is one of Devotion to a whole energy greater than its parts and he is motivated to continuously improve his skill set, incorporate them into each treatment session to allow his clients receive a real body mind healing experience.

Francesco is a UK Shiatsu Society registered MRSS practitioner, registered under the UK Complementary Natural Healthcare Council after completing a 3 year national diploma with the East West Scotland Shiatsu School.  He is also Nationally Certified in Thai Massage Bodyworker (TMB), and qualified as a Shibashi Qi-Gong Instructor (SQGI) from the Sao Bao Martial Arts School in Glasgow.
